We're excited to bring a variety of great food, drinks, and local businesses to the Hells Canyon Card Show!
We're currently accepting applications from food trucks, beverage vendors, and mobile food businesses interested in joining us for a day of collecting, community, and fun throughout the LC Valley.
Application & Approval Process
Submitting an application does not guarantee a vendor space.
Applications will be reviewed based on available space, menu variety, setup requirements, and event needs.
Approved vendors will receive confirmation, payment instructions, and additional setup information.
All required documentation must be submitted and approved before participation.
WE EXPECT A BIG CROWD IF NOT BIGGER THEN THE 800+ PEOPLE THAT CAME TO THE FIRST EVENT!
PLEASE BE READY TO FEED THE COMMUNITY!
COST: Vendor Space: $200–$300, depending on vendor type and setup.
Space is limited. All applications are subject to approval.
Vendor Requirements
To help us provide a safe, organized, and enjoyable event for everyone, all food and beverage vendors must meet the following requirements:
1. Business license Information: Provide your business name, contact information, and a description of your food or beverage offerings in “message and business license in file upload”. “Upload File Required”
2. Menu: Submit a current menu or a general list of items you plan to sell. This helps us provide a variety of options and minimize overlapping vendors. “Upload File Required”
3. Health Permits: Vendors must hold all applicable food service permits or exemptions required by event State serving in and the local public health authority. “Upload File Required”
4. Fire Safety: Vendors using cooking equipment, propane, generators, or other applicable equipment must meet local fire safety requirements. Proof of inspection or approval may be requested.
5. Insurance: Vendors must provide proof of current commercial general liability insurance meeting event and venue requirements. “Upload File Required”
6. Business Compliance: Vendors are responsible for maintaining all required licenses, permits, inspections, and approvals throughout the event.
