    Early birds pricing is $5. (30 minute early entry)

  • The show takes place at the Holiday Inn in Clarkston, Washington. It’s a central location in the Lewis-Clark Valley with easy access, parking, and nearby amenities.

    The event hours are 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.Early bird hours start at 9:30 AM.

    We recommend arriving early for the best selection, live trading opportunities, and full access to all vendors and tables.

Questions From Vendors

  • Vendor table pricing for Hells Canyon Card Show is $100 for a 1-table (8’) setup and $200 for a 2-table (16’) setup.

    Each option gives vendors space to showcase sports cards, Pokémon, TCGs, memorabilia, and collectibles directly to attendees throughout the event.

  • Yes. Hells Canyon Card Show is strictly a cards, comics, and coins event.

    Prohibited items include:

    • Counterfeit or fake items (will result in a ban)

    All vendors are expected to follow these rules to help maintain a high-quality collector-focused show.

  • Sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses and individuals looking to support Hells Canyon Card Show. Sponsors receive promotional placement, brand visibility, and event recognition.   • Vendor setup begins at 7:30 AM. All vendors must have their cards and displays fully set up by 9:25 AM before the show opens. At the end of the event, all tables, carts, and vendor materials must be fully removed by 6:00 PM.

    All vendors are expected to follow this schedule to ensure a smooth setup, organized show floor, and timely breakdown.

    DO NOT breakdowns before 5:00 PM, may be removed from future vendor list.
